How very exciting and brilliant to hear E5 are in the cafe (my old local)!

I wish it had been my local at one point! We do still make the pilgrimage at least every 6 weeks. :-)

I ought to have said, what a wonderful piece of writing this is, which genuinely and powerfully conveys your gratitude, appreciation, emotion and infectious enthusiasm as well as being usefully, highly informative.

I hope you like it when you go! It’s so unusual! But the cookies are a good reason to go, too! And nearby Hearth Bakery!

Oh yes, I meant to say that the cookies look/sound absolutely delicious. I've forwarded your newsletter to my daughters in East London, as I'm sure they're interested in both the V&A update and in cookies!

I was thinking that you’d love it! It’s so architecturally interesting!

Oh, that’s nice to know! The architectural installations certainly sound fascinating: the Picasso backdrop and the Frankfurt Kitchen, and to this longtime admirer of Frank Lloyd Wright’s work that interior sounds unmissable, so thank you very much for making me aware of it! I’ll also be keen to learn if there are more Arts & Crafts Movement pieces than those currently on display at South Kensington.

Maybe those pieces will come in Museum East. It’s the really big pieces plus small cabinets of collections and then lots of random pieces without explanation! That part taunted me a bit - I wanted to know why these curious objects were something worthy of careful preservation! What was their story?!

Intriguing and yes, taunting, I’m sure. I wonder whether there are plans to build an online catalogue / guide? I guess if pieces are being conserved, lent and frequently moved then that might be difficult, but then the internet is agile too. Perhaps something Wikipedia-style with public edits and contributions permitted might work.
