The most delicious things at the Speciality Fine Food Fair
I love this show and I think you'll love some of these products too.
“Later today,” she said.
I wondered why it was taking me soooo long to complete this. Then I counted up the number of different businesses I wanted to tell you about. 85. No wonder it felt like uploading photos was never going to end. 🫠
Here we are, a month after it occurred, my round up of 85 of the most interesting businesses at The Speciality Fine Food Fair.
Plus the two I mentioned a few weeks ago!
Another…
Food Trade Show round up!
This means lots of delicious products that are usually available far and wide beyond London.
Some are not launched yet but are ones to watch out for!
Are you excited? It’s a long list. 😅
A bonkers 85 products. I swear I haven’t told you about every single stand (there were hundreds). But now I understand why it’s taken me a month to finally finish this. I took 423 photos. Sifting through them and adding them in the right place is a multi-step process for each business. It’s taken me DAYS. 🫠
By the way, as some of you were interested in the croissant judging I did two weeks ago, I wrote about it on Instagram here.
The Speciality Fine Food Fair…
is probably my favourite of all the food trade shows because they make space for lots of very small producers; ones who are usually making the most interesting things and, usually, prioritising quality over profit.
I used to put these round ups behind pay walls, but a big part of the reason I write every week is to help these brilliant businesses to reach more potential customers, as well as to help you find delicious things.
What I have done this time is put most of the images and details behind the paywall.
You’ll get the full list of brands and the products I found interesting, but all the details I spent hours uploading, which are particularly valuable to New Product Development departments… That bit I have put behind the paywall.
To be honest it’s a bargain for that audience at £7 for one month’s access, but I know I’d feel a bit exploited if the hours of work to upload those pictures was used by big companies for no cost to them at all.
I hope that makes sense!
Please read on for the…
84 Delicious (or Interesting!) Things I saw at Speciality Fine Food Fair 2024
A quick note: If you exhibited at the fair and you don’t see your product listed here it’s possible I missed your stand, or that I’ve written about you before, or it could be that I just didn’t think your product was either interesting, delicious or viable enough (sorry). You’re always welcome to reach out to me to check.
It took me two full days to not quite visit every stand!
