This week’s newsletter originally had both the interesting new product launches I saw at IFE at Excel and the London and Suffolk openings/events you might want to be aware of, but then it got too long so I split them up. Last Saturday - the croissant event - was my abolute heaven.

Having so many people who appreciated great baked goods, presumably enjoyed the geekery and seemed to be smiling constantly, was a dream.

So was having croissants from TWENTY of London and Kent’s best bakeries in the same room!
