I hope you’re having a wonderful week? I’ve had the chance to catch up with friends who no longer live in the UK which has made mine extra nice. Plus SUNSHINE! 🌞 It’s almost June 🫣but I’m still grateful.

I've also been doing some pizza research for a client. Yes, that means eating pizza! I know how lucky I am! Determining what makes a good pizza can be quite subjective (and contentious!), so I'd love to hear about your favourite pizza places. For this newsletter, I thought I’d let you know two places I recently tried for the first time and enjoyed.

One place I loved is Pizzeria Mozza, and it probably comes as no surprise considering Nancy Silverton is a pizza legend. The dough was absolutely wonderful.
