Can you believe it? So many patisseries, so many doughnut shops and so many bakeries. I love it. This week I'm also sharing an afternoon tea I loved and some limited time events and products.

Before I share this week’s food tips, I just wanted to let you know that although I generally only run private food tours now, there is a public ice cream tour coming up with a few spots on it:

London’s Newest Pâtisserie

A few years ago there were almost no patisseries in London. Patisserie Valerie hasn’t counted as a proper patisserie since around the turn of the century. Whenever it got taken over by the hedge fund investment firm.

Side note: I remember when turn of the century meant around 1900… Does anyone else write the date, see “2023” and think “I’m living in the future. 😵 ”? Just me?
