Dear readers, I decided to go to Amsterdam.

Friends have moved there for just ten months and have a spare room so that cuts my costs dramatically (thanks guys!) and tipped my decision towards going.

So, I wondered if you’d like another in person tasting like the one in December that followed my visit to Salon du Chocolat?

I will be posting the full list of bars we tried then soon, but in the meantime: would you be up for doing it again?
