I mentioned last week that I’d share the chocolates from the TNDT community tasting the previous Sunday, so that’s what waits for you in this week’s newsletter, along with some comments about them. These are by craft chocolate makers from several different continents so hopefully - wherever in the world you’re reading this - you’ll be able to find some of them if you’re interested in trying them for yourself.
I selected all of them when I attended the trade days of Chocoa in Amsterdam in February. The goal was to bring everyone some unusual and different things to try that aren’t easily available in London.
